Pax Prime Vulture skin

so i got a code for a skin that was supposed to be usable on the Vulture from someone that went to pax. I entered the code i was given and it said it went through just now went in game to check my spoils and all i seem to have gotten was a decal i thought i was supposed to get an actual paint job? was i misinformed or is something wrong here?

I had to wait about 5 min after I bought some skins for them to show up. You could also try logging out and back in again.
