Believe OP is talking about a form that was hosted online where I think we could just post our CMDR name and whether PC or XBOX for the free PAX paintjob.
Whereas, Error, I believe you are talking about cards/codes given out to people that physically attended the show/stand.
That was for pax East, not South. East had cards they gave out, South had a form you filled out online.
