Pay your time spent docked in outpost

I think our problem with outpost docking is not in number of players but in amount of time players spend docked in outpost.

Some players go AFK while docked. My solution is simple, if you stay docked at outpost over 2 minutes you pay 10 credits/sec.

i have like a bazzilion credits so this would be meaningless to me, IMO it would be much better to transfer you to a separate instance once docked, your ship would then be replaced in the game with an NPC of the same type that takes off after 30 or so seconds unless you launch yourself. to preserve a bit of continuity the NPC could also have the same name, just minus the Cmdr tag.
 
Alternative suggestion. Automatic hangar enter at 30 sec after landing, with transfer to another game instance.
Make hangars out of game instances (when you in hangar, you are like in solo).
And when you launch, you get transfered to some public game instance where this landing pad is free.

Waiting due to limited space, makes more sense than some tardis like docking bay.

A queue system would be nice, and if you stay longer than 5 minutes you get prompted to stay/leave.
