Paying Fines

Managed to pick up a couple of fines. Normal issue. Close quarters dog fight and a SA vessel fly's through your beams. Fine awarded. Anyway went to each of the platforms in the system and tried to pay the fine but it wasn't showing up and couldn't pay, but still showing wanted. How do I pay the fine.

Is it a bounty rather than a fine?

If it is you'll need to wait out the timer (which shows in your left panel, transactions tab) and then pay it off,

Yep its a bounty. Pain in the neck really. Ive got a 2.5mil contract to wipe out 60 pirates in a system and I've only done 15, but now every time I have a dog fight SA turn up and try to kill me.

Just ignore it. The police are hopeless at catching you anyway. I have to scroll through my bounties, and they disappear after a set period anyway (I have long ones because I like to assassinate celebrities).
