Odyssey: I have a bounty from an abandoned mission which I dont seem to be able to pay off anywhere. It shows in my transactions panel and I keep getting attacked for it but how do I pay it off? I am in an anarchy system at a station with an Interstellar factor but it doesnt show up there or in admin contact either.

Go further, if the system has the faction in the gave you the bounty you won't be able to pay it off, so it may just be a matter of going further away.
