Payments with Combat stuff in PP (Military Strikes, Crime Sweeps)

Since credit payments were a recent addiction to live and weren't in beta, does anybody know how much credits one gets if they participate in the "powerplay conflict zones" such as military strikes?

None? I think those provide merits instead.

Personally, I think the weekly payments are way too high. I'd have put 100,000 cr/week at the top level and none at the bottom rungs. With fixed limits a lot of players will reach the top ranks quickly and just have money flowing in absurd amounts. Credits become meaningless... I'm awaiting the inevitable fiscal crisis with runaway inflation, bank runs, and billionaires jumping out their airlocks.

The limits are fixed, but you lose a percentage of your merits each week, too. The jury is still out on how much, some reports say up to 50%, so it isn't just about accumulating enough for rank 5, you need to re-earn a significant chunk every week again.

Not sure about combat, but delivering finance cargo was 1k a run. Should be similar, I suspect.

I've been trying to find a military strike in a system that is supposed to have them. I've been unable to find them, only regular high/low CZs. Am I missing something?
