PC Launcher cropping on high res screen

I have a 4k monitor with scaling set to 125% For some reason the ED:Horizons launcher box crops the right hand edge of the content off, so I only get the first letter of the word Store - However the displayed image doesn't fill the launcher window:

Does anyone else have this issue? how have they fixed it?

Not my fix, but this works:

Access the "Properties" dialog for the EDLaunch executable (right click; properties) > Compatability > Change High DPI Settings > "Override high DPI scaling behaviour. Scaling performed by" select System > OK > OK.
