Pc requirements

Hi everyone I’m building my own pc in time for release of evolution does anyone know roughly what my specs will need too be too run on max settings ??😊

Thanks Chris I will take a look then super hyped and I wana make sure I get the pc specs correct so I can enjoy the game on full settings

My personal guess is that any Four-core CPU from last five years and Anything above nVidia GTX960/Radeon R7 won't have problems with high settings. It's still the same engine, just maybe more polygons in models, more effects, better lighting system, etc. But I doubt it will end up more than 10% more demanding when comes to system resources.

I suspect it would have Planet Coasters system requirements. I heard Planet Coaster leans heavily towards the CPU more than the GPU. So if you build a PC I suggest you get a decent CPU. I feel sorry for you cause GPU prices are ridiculously high right now. Good luck on your build though. I built a gaming PC back in 2016. It's what I will be playing JWE on.

The only issue I can see with using the Planet Coaster requirements is Planet Coaster doesn't have jungles or a lot of trees, it seems like JWE will have actual jungles/forests, bodies of water everywhere and highly detailed Dinosaur models running around everywhere. So it might be more demanding than Planet Coaster. This is just my guess though. But the good thing about PC gaming is that you can tweak your settings till you get good performance.

I was going to post this in my thread about the system requirements for the game but I figured I would post it here. I have an R9 390 and it gets loud when I run the game on max settings at 60 FPS, I don't get a steady 60 either. So what I did was I used Rivatuner's built in frame limiter to lock the frame rate at 30 fps. This keeps my GPU quitter and cooler. It never overheated or anything but it did get up to the low 80's (Celsius). The 390 and the other AMD GPU's like the 290 are known to run hotter than other cards.

So I suspect this game will be the same. It will make my GPU loud and the temps will go up. If you have an AMD GPU just do what I did. You don't need 60 fps for these types of games. Yeah it feels smoother but after playing at 30 fps for a while you won't notice anyway.

Thanks guys , I’ve only the GPU and a few smaller parts too get still already have Intel i7 7700k CPU in the motherboard in the unit itself so that’s sorted I’m just stuck with choosing the GPU but unfortunately as you said the prices are ridiculously high I will take everything you guys have mentioned on board but 👍

Here is the minimum requirements from the Steam page.

Minimum:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 7 (SP1+)/8.1/10 64bit
Processor: Intel i5-2300/AMD FX-4300
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: nVidia GTX 650Ti BOOST/AMD Radeon 7850 (2GB)
DirectX: Version 11
Storage: 8 GB available space
Additional Notes: Minimum specifications may change during development

Depends on what your SLI cards are. I've heard some people have trouble with certain SLI setups in Elite.

As for resolutions, well, ask your monitor. :p

Sli should be working in general and be depend on the used cards.

Resolution everything above 3440x1440 p (21:9) ratio and used DSR function. Important to know is if ui scales correct if u use dsr resolution scaling.

In Elite it does. I don't know anyone who plays Planet Coaster on SLI. But all three games are on the same engine so it's likely they all three work the same way.
