alas it says that the system to run E D is still be confirmed...

I believe it required a DMC-12, with a flux capacitor!

But that particular model had a power problem back then, as it required 1.21 gigawatts of electrical power to run it and neither Portable Plutonium Reactors nor Mr. Coffee Fusion reactors were available back then

There was a day, I think it was November 9th of 1965 that they tried to run a sneak preview of it at Niagara Falls, (still in development, with a few bugs to work out I guess) but my dad wouldn’t drive me that far to see it… From what I recall it caused quite a sensation on the east coast!
