maybe a week ago, 2 friends an me, started to push one minor faction for the alliance
it had around 20% influence and pending state: civil war critical
we started doing some missions and also haul stuff with lakon-9s and 7
2 days ago the pending states changed to: Boom (uptrending), civil war critical
we also started to bring some weapons, to our minor faction
and yesterday the "Boom" state was gone, "civil war critical" was also gone, and instead we got pending state "civil war" now
no seeking luxuries spawned either
is this a bug or is it intended and if so what's the mechanic?
