There have been many requests for penguins since the Arctic pack has been out, and the replies have always been that penguins are from the Antarctic, and I would like to add my plea to the developers to add aquatic animals and birds to the fine list we have, especially my beloved penguins.
Whilst it is true that some live in the antarctic circle this is not true of all species of penguin. The rule of thumb is the larger the penguin the closer south it lives. Major populations live in Angola; Argentina;Australia; Chile; Namibia; New Zealand; South Africa and the Galapagos Islands. The species names are Emperor; Adelie; Gentoo; Chinstrap; King; Little or Fairy (the only blue penguin); Macaroni; Galapagos; Magellanic; Brush-Tailed; Great; Crested; Africa; Humboldt; Southern Rockhopper; Yellow eyed; Banded; Fiordland: Royal; Erect-Crested; Snares; Megadyptes; Rockhopper; Northern Rockhopper; White Flippered and Eastern Rockhopper.
Hope this may help any developers who read this.
