Penguins Escaping help, no known cause (not flying)

First off I would like to say that I do not have the issues of floating/flying penguins. Mine just seem to randomly pop out of the exhibit. I tried something different for this exhibit, it is two areas that I connected under the path and filled with water. The path has one sided glass and there are invisible barriers on each end (so that it is one big enclosure). This is extremely frequent and I have spent time watching and sometimes there isn't even a penguin near the corner and one randomly appears in the path outside the enclosure. Barrier status doesn't seem to be an issue, barrier height and strength is good, they need barrier resistance two and everything except the one way glass is higher than that (and the one way is grade 2, with no land near it for them to get on)

So for now I just scrapped the idea of this habitat, I cut it down to just the bigger half. It seems there is a issue where the bridge/path going through the exhibit, when the penguins would swim under it, they would sometimes escape. Not sure how it works, but I'm sad that I had to get rid of it.

If there are still Problems: I've had King Penguins escaping all the Time in one of my Zoos and lowering the Size of the Colony always helped until there were too many again. Don't know what it's like with African Penguins because I don't own the Africa Pack.

Regarding the Bridge which is just a Path on Land due to the Games Limitations: I've done some Testing once in Sandbox with a Seal because I had a nice Idea for a Underwater Connection between the Indoor and Outdoor Area. I've learned from this that the Animals seem to have Problems with diving through or between Objects. The Seal was always diving through the Wall instead of the Opening I've put in there

The colony size was actually still pretty small at this time, but I will keep that in mind. When watching them it seems like they weren't having issues diving through the tunnel, and they did it without issue a LOT, but randomly you would be a penguin go under to swim through the tunnel and then just get teleported to a nearby spot above.
