Currently it isn't possible to change this. The Guests that "want" to see a specific Animal often just ignore it and walk past the Enclosure/Exhibit. This happens all the time in my Zoo. Especially in the Reptile-HouseCould be not able to see their favorite animals
Which could mean they never visited the habitat, not visible in habitat (not enough glass) or an animal species which is not present (anymore) in your zoo but in your trade centre. (or just the wonky AI)![]()

What did you change? The update and the Arctic pack was in the same period.
Fixing refunds is possible. Recenly able to play my old November Zoo again (loading bug) and the first year had approx. 40k refunds, and a 2-3 years of 20-25k refunds (if i remember correctly),, Lowered it to 2-3k.. And that zoo had a lot of lay-out problems (1st zoo) and was pretty big. (40 species and a lot of notifications).
Personally i think this refund system was alway meant to be in the game, and for the first weeks it was deactivated.
The refund system is frustrating as heck.My Zoo that was doing very well up until I downloaded the Arctic Pack is tanking due to refunds. I am having the same issue where all of the unhappy guests are at the exit, and they're just unhappy from not seeing an animal after spending 5 minutes in the zoo.
I just tried playing after a month's absence hoping the problem would be fixable. Nope! I'll keep checking the updates, but this refund system has got to go (or be completely revamped) before I play again.![]()
It seems like this is currently bugged. I had the best possible Education in my Zoo and since a Update (I think the last one or the Update before the last Update) it is really low. The Education Level of my Exhibit Animals is at 0 since this happened and I don't know how to change itDoes adding educational speakers to paths actually do anything?
I tried testing it out myself in a problem area I was having by putting speakers under the path a bit and then watching the education bar on guests to see if it would go up as they walked through the area. Low and behold there was no change that I could see. It only went up if they were actively viewing an animal or education panel for me. Not just walking around.
