people stuck on a coaster

ive created my coaster platform big enough for all individual cars but the people cant get off the coaster unless more people are getting on :/
is there not a setting to allow people to get off? even if this means sending cars empty to allow the car with people in to get to the front.

If you check the tab that looks like an asterick or star, you can change the settings to allow "any load" and set min/max wait times . If you set the max wait time low enough, you should see empty trains/cars go.
