I have Completed Stage 1 of my build on the Pepsi Max Big one and am going to be reshaping the entire park to match with Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
Here's the first Ride which is the mostly known one within the theme park.
I have also found another video and attached it below of the actual ride.
The ride is only in stage 1 so far and will still require quite a bit of Reworking before doing all the theming and such.
