either way your GPU is working hard , what resolution you running ? Try deleting your GPUworktable in your odyssey folder , or try deleting your graphics folder as well see if that helps
ok try 1600 x 900 or 1280 x 720 , see if that helps at all , although the fsr settings should do that already , also try that GPUworktable and graphics folder
