Well I don't know about four but there are certainly planets in Elite that orbit around the outside of a multiple-star system.

Maybe check and see if 30 Ari is in Elite. It's fairly close to the Sun by Elite standards and has a Flamsteed Number so I would image it probably is. If it is going off old data then presumably they'll have it with three stars, since the planet was already known about too there's a chance the planet is in. I'll check next time I'm in game.
