I personally enjoy the threads about funny or interesting ship and station names. I think it would be a fun reward if achieving an Elite rank in any of the 3 categories meant you could submit a new NPC name, pending approval of course. Additionally, anyone who performs the hat trick could perhaps submit a name to be used for a future station.
I think that would be fun, and a simple balanced reward for the hard 'work' put in.
