Permanent daylight?

Although I enjoy the time change from day to night in the real world, I'm wondering if there is a way to make permanent daylight for my park?

Next to the date, on the bottom is a day/night time lock.

Also note that not only do you have to specify the particular time of day you want, but you also have to check the box to the left of where you enter the hour. The box is very hard to see depending on how you've set your interface graphics, so for a long time I couldn't freeze time despite entering the number I wanted. So if you can't see the checkbox, just click to the left of the hours and you should hit it
