Permanent Hot-Spot Depletion!

Hey devs (if you're listening),

My suggestion is that all discovered hot spots deplete permanently after being mined for a bit, and the ring becomes standard mining yield (like when you're not in a hot spot).

This would mean explorers who find rings outside the bubble could draw get-rich-quick miners out into the rim worlds.

Rim stations would have lower demand because of the gold-rush sales, and cargo missions to move ore to the core could be profitable for cargo players.

A mining wing might have a cargo vessel picking up ore while the python mines it, and transporting it to central systems for greater profit margins.

The absurd profit of the current mining has made the profit of other roles totally pointless and it unbalances much of the elite experience.

This hotspot respawn adjustment could revitalize several roles and bring a real deep play experience surrounding mining (miners, ratters, cargo pilots all get new experiences).

Thanks!
