Permanent Orange Sidewinder?

My account on PS4.
A week back I was testing my T-10 against Thargoids and was destroyed. I went to the re-buy screen, selected my ship, and it went to the spinning ship load screen.
And it loaded. And loaded. And Orange Sidewinder.
I have since been unable to load into the game, Orange Sidewinder, after a very long load screen. Several attempts each day since gets the same error.
Open, Solo, I get the same result. Never had a single problem with connectivity until this.
Yes, I've sent the support ticket, and there's a week plus wait time.
Yes, I've reset router, cleared cache, reinstalled application, blew in the disk slot. My internet is 'exceptional'. All settings on my end are good, same as they ever were.
Anyone else have this happen? Is there a fix I'm missing? Or do I have to wait for support to do some magic?

Sorry to hear that, happened to me but reseting the router worked for me, seems you'll have to wait for support unless someone else knows another way. Have you tried loging out/back in on the launcher ?

I got responses way faster than a week when I had similar issues. Given all the things you've tried, the chances are they'll just move you to another system (they did this for me).

Other than the above, I'm sorry about your troubles. I'm guessing you've tried the high waking trick to get out the system, or did I understand that you can't even get into the game at present? If that's the case, disregard my suggestion. I feel for you bud, but support will probably just be saying 7days atm to cover themselves, and it'll be quicker than that, like in @Ydiss 's case above. They really are pretty good. Please update the thread with what they do to fix it.


Ps - did you get an epic alt that you can use in-between to satiate your elite needs? Again not being sarcastic. Take care mate.

Yes that is the actor that played Anatoli Dyatlov on Chernobyl. I cycle between him, Captain Dallas, and Lt. Payton.
As for the loading issue it is fixed, they apparently needed to move my ship to a different system. Something about stuck data. ?

Well I'm glad it is fixed in any case, bit of a major pita all round. And I wasn't picking on your avatar - I just thought I recognised the guy, and it took me ages to think of who it might be! Good choice
