Permanently empty Franchise market

I don't know if things will work out with enough time, but the Franchise is becoming unplayable due to a permanently empty market. And I'm not focusing on tigers which obviously are in very high demand, I even have a hard time finding suitable mates for my hexibit animals... There's currently 12 animals available to purchase all species taken together. How are we supposed to avoid inbreeding if there is not enough animals ?

And if by any chance there's a suitable animal, well, better be rich because the lack of animals helps the prices getting always higher...

I'm not sure I would call spending hours refreshing the market in hope to get an animal in order to manage to not close the zoo a "challenge", it's not hard, it's just boring...

We need to think about how to get around this. It may start with other more widespread species, and over time the desired ones will appear.

The problem is that there is no more animals, whatever species you want (except for leftover overpriced or about to die animals).

The bot doesn't add anymore animals, and the very few animals added by players are sniped in less than 5 seconds. So the only choice is between refreshing the market every 2 seconds for hours or giving up the franchise mode to be able to play (because yes, most players are here to play, and not wait while looking at an empty market window).

And it's a vicious cycle since with no animals, we can't breed, and thus we can't add to the market... And I'm lucky I didn't wait before starting a zoo franchise, so I can be glad to have 3 and a half species (if I don't find a male, I can as well consider having only 3 species). Late players (sad that 2 days can be considered late) have almost no chance to even start a zoo now.

How different. I played 17 hours in the post-beta franchise mode. As for me, there were a lot of various animals on the market, including the cheap ones, sometimes even frustrating me. The more animals on the market, the more difficult it is to sell mine :) Yes, some rare species were harder to find, but not so hopeless.

Is the market regional? I logged in this morning and it's still disappointing and unmotivating to play in Franchise mode...

Here is the state of the entire habitat market for me, it only takes 3 screenshots...

And by the time I put them here there were even less animals. No small animals like lemurs or peafowls, and not enough animals to even get a mating couple...

Something is wrong here. I've got 6 pages of timber wolves only. Not to mention peafowls and warthogs. It was yesterday.

Found where the bug was... 😡 I checked and unchecked the fav button ❤ and I have now more than 200 pages of animals in the market. And there's a double bug since when checking the fav button I still have animals listed though I didn't marked any of them as favorite...
