Horizons Permit for Darnells Progress?! since when?!

was all good yesterday trading back and forth in Maia, fly to D progress this morning and get thrown out of SC to find I need a bloody permit....Why cut me off now? I am allied to every single faction?

Could possibly be under attack by Thargoids. I mean, a goldmine of the resources they love the most is going to obviously get some attention.. But Why the permit!?

I have sometimes encountered a glitch in the matrix where a planet or moon I was just on, or was even landed on, kicks me off and demands a permit. I usually find a restart fixes this, it's some sort of networking issue, have you restarted since being asked for the permit?
