permit issues

I have had 2 issue trackers submitted for over a month and now I am posting my issue here as my last hope. Mbooni system as well as LTT 198 permits are not being given to me even though I followed all the instructions. I used my fleet carrier during the basic meds hidden CG and delivered over 7 thousand units from the correct megaship to the cornsar ones. The LTT 198 is given by the Torval Mining Ltd in EGM 559 and I am allied with them and still no permit. Any help would greatly appreciated, thank you.

Support would likely be of more assistance in this case. Possibly. Since it could be an account issue.

Please read the post, I contacted them twice and have waited over a month with ZERO responses.

I Read "issue tracker report". They don't generally respond to those.
