I couldnt really care less with shipwrecked development (or whatever the reason behind all the lockings) of all the regions - but Polaris and the Moon really should be explorable / landable. Instead of inventing stupid tables for RNGineers and Grind Carriers they should have concentrated crafting interesting places.
