O7 everyone,
Has anyone else run into this before. I am currently out in Achilles Alter exploring and came across a small ice planet in orbit around a class 1 gas giant with geological signals present in particular water magna. When I attempted to land it stated that the world required a permit to land and would not let me descend below 70 km above surface. No other issues at other worlds in the system. Attempted multiple landings at other geo sites on the world same results. No other sign of life in the immediate area. Any incite would be helpful.
