Newcomer / Intro Permit mission?

There's a permit mission in my list, I can't accept it yet, I need more Rep.

Will this mission stay at this station, or is it a random roaming mission that will turn up in other places?

permit missions can show up <15 ly from the permit restricted system, whereever the permit issueing faction is present.

It's just showing you that a nearby system has permit restrictions, and if you can reach allied status with that faction you will then be granted access. There are numerous systems that require permits dotted around the bubble. Don't be concerned that it will disappear, it will surface again when and if you choose to do missions for that particular faction.

All permits require you to be Allied with the permit faction.

Ah got it. These are separate from the passes you get for running up the ranking system?
