Personal list of possible dinosaurs in game (42-45 Species)

Well, as many of us already know, Frontier confirmed 30 species of dinosaurs. As we saw in the 20 minute IGN video, we clearly observed 42 dinosaurs on the list. Now let's recount those that are possibly missing.

1. Ankylosaurus
2. Apatosaurus
3. Archaeornithomimus
4. Brachiosaurus
5. Camarasaurus
6. Carnotaurus
7. Ceratosaurus
8. Chasmosaurus
9. Corythosaurus
10. Crichtonsaurus
11. Deinonychus
12. Dilophosaurus
13. Dracorex
14. Edmontosaurus
15. Gallimimus
16. Kentrosaurus
17. Maisaura / unnamed hadrosaur
18. Majungasaurus
19. Metriacanthosaurus
20. Pachycephalosaurus
21. Parasaurolophus
22. Spinosaurus
23. Stegosaurus
24. Struthiomimus
25. Styracosaurus
26. Suchomimus
27. Triceratops
28. Tsintaosaurus
29. Tyrannosaurus Rex
30. Velociraptor

Now that we have the list, 12 dinosaurs remain to be discovered and that some of them will show us before the game and evidently not all of them will show them. I know there will be a surprise. (Mention here the dinosaurs that you think deserve to be in the game, Just because you like it or because of some theory and specifies) good luck and I hope that one of the dinosaurs that you mention appears in the game.

31. Albertosaurus: Formation Horseshoe Canyon, here is the edmontosaurus, struthi, etc
32. Dryosaurus: Same as ceratosaurus, Morrison formation.
33. Gastonia: I like this dino ♥
34. Giganotosaurus: maybe one of the most desired by fans!
35. Herrerasaurus: After many mentions in the JP franchise, it deserves to be in a video game.
36. Homalocephale: one of my favorite Jpog
37. Mamenchisaurus: since I saw him in "The Lost World" I knew he is worthy of being in a game, and this is for him
38. Torosaurus / Nasutoceratops: Torosaurus (hell creek) and Nasutoceratops just because it's pretty hahahaha
39. Pachyrhinosaurus: My favorite dinosaur, and one from the Horseshoe Canyon formation, just like the albertosaurus can be there, and I hope
40. Tuojiangosaurus: Same as Mamenchisaurus, and other "stegosaurus" style
41. Utahraptor: Same as Gastonia in Cedar Mountain Formation, a like a raptor but more bigger
42. Wuerhosaurus: Maybe one of the most sought after by me, I still remember when I added this dinosaur in mod to my JPOG, it is a nice dinosaur example of china.

In another thread I read that in a German article they confirmed 40 dinosaurs of the base game and 5 of the deluxe version, but why did not they show on the list of 42 ?, because if true, maybe those 3 dinosaurs missing will begin with the letter A, B, C or D (which is the limit where we saw in the miniatures locked in game), then now only mention 3 dinosaurs that you think is likely to be in play. here my list and also I hope your comments and opinions

43. Acrocanthosaurus: if it is not in the base game I hope it arrives as a DLC
44. Carcharodontosaurus: Same as Spinosaurus in Africa digsites
45. Diplodocus: Morrison Formation is in JWE, I hope this dinosaur in game

I ask you kindly and, please, before commenting, make sure not to disturb other users, please note that we all have the right to comment freely, if you are one of those people who only comment on "destructive" things , better not comment anything, and get out of this thread. Thanks.

P.S: Sorry for my bad english, i use google translator hahaha :(

I really hope that dryo will make it to this game... That dino is a must xD so g fun to create 50-60 of this kind of dino and see them swarm around xD

I think these predictions are possible, however the dev build showed us dinosaurs in alphabetical order up to Dilophosaurus (not including the ones unlocked during that gameplay), making it hard to predict any dinosaur species to be in the game that has a name alphabetically before Dilophosaurus. However I do see a lot of the other species you mentioned to be a likely addition, such as Mamenchisaurus, Torosaurus and Herrerasaurus. I also believe that there will be 45 species on release like Grimnir, so a species or two with a name that comes before Dilophosaurus is possible.

However I don't think this species list as a whole will include hybrids, I believe that the hybrids won't be included in the species tab as the tab itself has a genome percentage for each species that changes based on the fossils and amber you collect (this is obviously something you can't do with a hybrid). When the Fallen Kingdom patch comes (which will add the Carnotaurus, and almost certainly the Allosaurus, Baryonx, Indoraptor, Sinoceratops and Stiygmoloch) this will increase the species list to 50, provided you take away the Indominus Rex and Indoraptor.

This leaves the roster with 37 confirmed species (19 species profiles + 5 exclusive species + 4 confirmed ingame species + 4 unidentified species + 5 Fallen Kingdom patch species) out of 50, leaving 13 unidentified species for us to guess with. This is all admittedly theory at this point but it's an interesting thought.

I would take number 6 out of that list since she will be in the Fallen Kingdom DLC and not in the base game so she wouldn't count towards the 42.

I doubt that Utahraptor will be in the game but you never know.
Albertosaurus will also only be in the game if your theory is right about 45 dinosaurs based on the alphabetical list we've seen from the last demo play.
I suggest swapping Diplodocus with Albertosaurus.

I’d love to see a herd of diplodocus roaming a large eclonsures paddocks...imo the epitome of the Jurassic era :p I would also love to see some form of feathered dinosaur, maybe Utah raptor or something :)
