Personnal equipment upgrade bugged

Hi, has anyone ever experienced a bug where it’s impossible to upgrade suits and weapons (more than level 3) at any Pioneer Supply?
Of course I have all the materials required.
I sent a complaint to Frontier, but I haven’t received any response.

Thanks for your reply. I saw that post and deleted of all the mission items I had.
Actualy, when I check with the bartender, I no longer have any mission items, only stolen ones. And yet, I still can’t upgrade anything beyond level 3.

Are the stolen items the same as the upgrade items? If so, try dumping them too.

I deleted all the items with an OwnerID different from 0 by selling them to the bartender. Now I’m just missing some components (industrial guides). I’ll update you as soon as I’ve collected them.
