Petting Zoo DLC

If they decided to make a petting zoo dlc I would add these (one of each species):

  • Cows: Ankole - Watusi; Texas Longhorn; Highland cattle [they are red, ginger, black, brown, yellow, white, gray, "silver" (white but with black nose and ears), or tan, and may also be brindle]. I know this is unlikely, but I would like to include Nguni cattle (I love them because of their multicolored skin, which can present many different patterns, but their noses are always black-tipped). These animals present a variety of horn shapes

  • Horses: Appaloosa; Mustangs; Shetland Pony [All capes are accepted, except appaloosa cape]. We could include Miniature donkeys

  • Goats: Nigerian dwarf goat; Anglo-Nubian goat [The color fluctuates from black to white, being able to find shades, brown, red and especially their mixtures]; Arapawa goat [is critically close to extinction. The coat comes in different shades of brown and is toned around the body in black. The tail is short and black and is always raised]

  • Pigs: Kunekune; Vietnamese Pot-bellied; Danish Protest Pig [are raised in zoos in Berlin, Hannover, Kiel and Gelsenkirchen, as well as in other cities. This breed is considered today in Germany as an endangered breed]

  • Sheep: Barbados Black Belly; [both sexes have horns. There are also white variants]; Romanov sheep

  • Rabbits: Gotland Rabbit [is not a very well known breed yet, and it is also in danger of extinction. All eye colors are allowed, and all fur colors and patterns are also allowed within the Gotland Rabbit breed]; Harlequin rabbit [the harlequin rabbit's coat has 2 characteristic patterns, which are as follows:

 Japanese: on the orange color other shades are spread and mixed, such as blue, black, soft violet or chocolate color.

 Magpie: the white color predominates, on which the different colors are based. Normally, the tones tend to mix, among which blue, black, brown or light purple stand out; Rhinelander rabbit [is a beautiful rabbit that has very nice markings of black and orange spots. The Rhinelander rabbit has a white undercoat that, unlike any other rabbit, is decorated with two different colored markings. Like the English Spot, this breed of rabbit should have colored ears, eye circles, and a mark on the nose that resembles a butterfly. It should also show a spot under each eye]

It could be interesting to create an activity, for example, that visitors could take horseback riding along a circuit

On one hand I really want to see petting zoo DLC and think that we'll never be able to build truly realistic zoos without it, I also shudder at the thought of it taking up one of the presumably 5 remaining DLC slots. There's far too many wild species left that are unaccounted for. And while it seems like donkeys and goats are probably much more common in real zoos than baboons or leopards are, there's no doubt about which set I and the vast majority of other players would choose.

I would love if we got some of these animals. Maybe they can be "snuck" into other dlcs over time (like the llama).

Having farm birds like chickens, geese, pheasants, and turkeys would be great too, and there are several species/breeds that could potentially pull double duty as wild species and 'mock' farm animals. Green jungle fowl, wild turkey, capercaillie, muscovy duck, steamer ducks, mallards, pheasants and swans of all types.

On that same note, Aftican Wild Ass are endangered wild equines who you could use as habitat animals or pretend as regular donkeys in petting zoo set-up.

I don't see this idea being all too popular; not a lot of people want common farm animals...

Also, this list is severely lacking in Alpaca and Jacob Sheep.
I like it. Not top wants for packs but I would dig it . Actually, shot in the dark, but Capybaras could fit in a pack like this too.

Love your list! I hope we'll get a petting zoo pack in the future!
Next to the aviary pack, this is the one that I would love to have the most.

I'm with some of the others; with such limited spaces I'd hate for a pack to be dedicated to domestic animals. If spaces weren't so limited I'd be fine with it, but as it is I'd much rather PZ be focused on wild species. The addition of the llama over the vicuna or guanaco dropped the ball for me personally.
