Apologies if this has already been answered many times, but I've not been playing in a long time so I've missed a lot, and I couldn't find the answer with a search.
Are the new pilots fed bounties only for murder, or assault as well, and does it matter if you have report crimes on or off?
I don't go around killing people much, but sometimes I fancy a scrap, so if I was to go to a system and put out a call on comms for a fight to the death or to shields down, someone takes me up on it and we turn off report crimes and fight, would either of us get a PFB?
The terms of the fight would be agreed beforehand so we'd be all square assuming we both stuck to it, and whichever way it goes then I don't think a bounty is in order, if I win I don't want one and if the other guy wins then I don't want them to get one either, we're agreeing to fight, no dodgyness involved whoever wins.
If anyone can answer that or direct me to something that answers it that would be great.
