Pharmaceutical Isolators, Pharmaceutical Isolators Wherefore Art thou Pharmaceutical Isolators?

Has anyone found and Pharmaceutical Isolators since the last mini-update?

I've been flying around a high Population, Independent, Outbreak system in the 600-1000ly band in Deep Space at around 0.7c for the at two hours and although the High Grade Emission signal sources appear, I've found about 20, none of them contain Pharmaceutical Isolators. They are all Proto Radiolic Alloys or Proto Light Alloys.

According to all the sources, this should not happen so I'm wondering if the recent mini-update has borked this or whether it's just Randomius Factoria not currently smiling upon me.

Hi Mark Austen,

For Pharmaceutical Isolators you need to be in an OUTBREAK system and you need to fly away from the centre star, out into deep space. They will drop (eventually) RNG gods permitting, of course.

Read the OP, I am in an outbreak system. :)

I found the High Grade Emission USSs, many of them but not a single Pharmaceutical Isolators.

I don't know since this is the first time I've tried looking for them, but there is a known issue with CIFs at the moment and I was wondering if this extended to Pharmaceutical Isolators as well. Hence the question if anyone has found any since the update which has the CIF issue.

Okay, I think I may have been in error, I thought the system was in outbreak, that's what it said on the Galaxy map, but according to this excellent article the items I kept finding come from a boom state not an outbreak state.

So, I'll try again tomorrow and try to ensure that the system I'm in is really an outbreak system.
