I tried this method and had great success.

But, now we have shared this knowledge... I wonder when FDev will hit this with a nerf hammer :D They don't like us gaining things fast hehe

It’s not an exploit. It’s the way to find them - or one of them, and it works. I have done it like this for a very long time, and now with 3.0 it works much better than before. The spawnrate is way higher.

There’s nothing special about Bunda. It’s just a high population system in the right state. I wrote about the method in detail here:https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php/414298-This-is-how-I-find-HGE’s-in-3-0-(with-video) , but it doesn’t has to be that specified - as you know now. It was just what worked well for me, and still works well for me, so I decided that I’d better tell exactly what I did.

Did I say it was an exploit? Regardless, FDev has a history of nerfing fast gains, exploit or not.

Found only one HGE there with about 6 PI's in it. Then thought, I'll just grab one more HGE if I can find it. Found another one about 2 mins later and while being distracted, I disengaged SC too early and lost it. Haven't found another one yet damnit...

I just set the map filter to "Outbreak" state and flew around a bunch of them - picked up about 40 or so PIs last night + some explo data to pay for the time.
