Wouldn't it help if you lived submerged in liquid?

If you were doing that and also floating in a liquid 100% of the time, you've got to wonder how else it would affect your life - eating, drinking, talking, seeing, hearing (open your eyes or try listening to music underwater sometime). Toilets would have to suck. Gaseous excretions(!) - you could no longer sneak one out and pretend it wasn't you! What about babies and their nappies and their puke?!?! Ick Ick Ick. No no, it's too much.
