So this is it. Told you there will be plenty of cold area animals. I didn't assume aviary pack because I am not counting on it if we're not hinted at one, and it wouldn't fit any existing DLC model IMO

I'd love a Japan Pack - Raccoon dog, serow, sika, and red-crowned crane. My exhibit pick would be the fire-bellied newt, though.

I really love this idear for a pack, it checks out pretty much all boxes and has a wide variety of things that are lacking in planet zoo, most importantly animals from colder climates

These are my ideas and three of them break the conventional norm of region-based packs. One bias I should mention is that these are cat heavy packs, although I think it makes sense considering how prominently cats feature on zoo rosters.

Desert animal DLC: A pack that includes various desert and scrubland animals from around the world. Comprised of 3 animals from the Middle East and North Africa, 2 from Australia, 1 from southern Africa, and 2 from the Americas

1. North American Animals - mainly because we need more colder weather animals to balance the hot weather animals out. Anything that adds more cold weather or temperate zone animals is good.

2. More aquatic animals - We have some, but more would be nice now that we have some aquatic coding. You won't need parts for this, just more animals, like the last SAA Pack.

3. Nocturnal Animals Pack - This is one area that the devs don't seem to have really thought about (Day/night cycle). That is interesting in itself. Having species that are active at night, opens up interesting options for zoo visitors and changing points of interest at different times of day. Also BATS.

4. Butterfly/Moth House exhibit. Plants + walk through exhibit pack. Because I want a butterfly house.

I'd save Aviary for a big update towards the end. You'll need more than 6 or 7 animals to make it worth doing, as it will take some coding and thought for this one.
