Newcomer / Intro Pilot Federation District Permission

Hi, I started playing recently, and I'm having a question about the Pilot Federation District Permission.

Early in the game, I had this permission, but I ended up doing a mission, and I lost that permission.

How do I get the Pilots Federation District Permission again?

This is the first permission we got when we completed the tutorial.

can anybody help me?

You can't get it back. It's a permit lock to give new players a safe haven to learn the game. Once you leave the permit is revoked on the assumption that you are now kinda competent.

Competent enough to die fast :). I started to be competent after I could afford a fully geared Cobra Mk3 ;).
First steps in Open, but once I was refused the permission, immediately changed to Solo/Moebius... cheers!
