The NPC pilots tend to fight very similarly for the various ship models.
Could they perhaps get some personality traits for their flying? Crazy, kamikaze, unpredictable, brawler, sniper, speed-addict, cautious, defensive... and so forth?
And it would be cool with notorious or famous NPCs, sort of like meeting the Red Baron, an elite version of well... elite that could on the odd occasion crop in, with slightly higher rewards and perhaps who use mods or better mods? We can mod in the dramatic music ourselves. [big grin]
