After half a year of frequent and random network issues, disconnects, lag and rubberbanding I finally found the culprit and I wanted to share with you, if you encounter the same.
Pitool beta .180 in combination with openDNS / GoogleDNS locks up the network if you are using WIFI every 4-7 seconds. You can check it with "ping google.com -t" in command prompt if you are affected. It is easily fixed by restarting the "WLAN AutoConfig" service in services.msc or by just exiting the pitool if you are not using VR.
