Just wondering where a good shipyard for upgrading my Cobra can be located near Sol? I've noticed how the Outfitting is a mixed bag from station to station, and maybe there's one that's especially thorough and complete so I can ooh an and ahh at the various doodads and upgrades and make plans for the future.
