Engineers pinned blueprints not sticking

I have the problem that sometimes the pinned blueprints don't stay pinned.

Does anybody know what causes the "unpinning"?
Is there a workaround (other than writing down everything needed or making screenshots)?

Don't know if this helps, but we can only pin one blueprint.

Hit the button multiple times ntill you get that red message that it was copied over annoying but works. The Bluprint gets unpinned once you craft the modul so repeat afterwards ...

Its bugged. Should be able one per Engineer, but sometimes they unpin.
You can see the blueprints on various 3rd party sites (with no guarantee of 100% accuracy).

And I will keep an eye on the red message.
