Pirate Attack state in live game

I flew in to Laksak last night and noted that the state was shown as Pirate Attack!

I thought this was a new beta state or have I just not seen it before? Could not see it in state list on Galaxy map

Pirates can attack whether the game's ready for it or not. They're pirates.

Pirate attack is good. Makes void opals expensive!
