Question about pirate missions.
I accepted a contract to kill 5 pirate ships in Heheng. I fly there and head out to an excavation site. I kill 2 pirates and the mission says 3 more to go...everything seems normal so far. Things are slow so I enter SC and find a USS. I go there and there is a lakon type 9. He is telling me if I stop killing pirates and kill authority vessels, they will pay me more money. The confusing part is he is clean and has no record after a kill scan warrant. I just left, but my question is, is it ok to attack him even though he is clean? and if I did, would that have counted as 1 of the required pirate kills?
