Pirates teleporting??

Doing pirate hunting and whenever I shot them, they vanished into thin air, anyone else experience this?

I see it a fair bit. I expect they are switching on silent running or using something else to slip sensors?

Or developing teleporting technology. I was wondering if anybody has seen this bug or not.

Are you seeing them disappear or are you just losing lock? They might just be using silent running.

They literally disappear, they don't use silent running or anything. I shoot them once and bam they disappear like I shot a hologram.

Looks like a glitch then you should report it to the bugs section on the forums.
