We have forums, a good teamspeak channel and we do group activities and such.

We even give out the Black Spot to certain people. We've also been known to drink.

How to apply.

1: Make an App
2: Go on Teamspeak
3: Suffer Stockholm Syndrome
4: Become Full Member after x period of time when you prove you can play well with others.

Loose 18+ policy.

Current Requirement is to be Competent or above in Combat Ranking.

Just to add a few things about the code.
We are pretty much in control of Ngaliba, an anarchy system. We are expanding into LP 811-17 , another anarchy system with better resourses.
We will need more than the 40 or so current members to dominate both systems so are prepared to welcome less expieranced players into our group and train them to become Elite Pirates.
Until Wings comes out there aren't huge amounts of credits to be made from pirating, so we do a lot of raids on seeking luxuries and the like. We are also aware that sometimes you have to do a bit of honest trading to boost funds, so are tolerant of members doing a bit of trading here and there. Some of our members have made quite a bit by trading in rares and slaves and will share their info with other CODE members.
We also help new players to get better ships and equiptment by giving them free stuff to sell and letting them pick up all the spoils to keep themselves when we are out on raids, without having to contribute to the fighting. So you will progress further , quicker by being in the code.
We do require members to answer the call of duty if we are in need of assistance, and help with contracts that we have with other clans to elimanate griefers. We are into mercenary jobs if you need us to kill someone, give us a call.
We do require members to be active on teamspeak, non teamspeakers will not be accepted, multiplayer games just dont work without voice chat.
We have an alliance with the Vanguard Protocol and share a busy teamspeak channel with them. There are members from all over the globe in the code. There will always be someone on to chat and have a laugh with , no matter what time of the day you log on.

I know teamspeak can seem intimidating (i found it so at first), but it really is not. We are just a bunch of friendly peeps who enjoy the same aspects of the game and chat. You don't have to be talking, just be on ready to answer the call to arms when needed (when this happens its a real blast, so much fun to be had).

We do need good pilots as well as pirates. We can teach you to pirate, you could teach us (especially me) to pilot. But Commanders of all levels are welcomed. We have managed to make a great game into a real community 'down our way'. We travel in groups and are pretty effective even without wings. We have figured out how to move as a co-ordinated group into and out of FSD. So come to THE CODE (before we have to come to you).

I also personally want to have in THE CODE a certain commander who royally kicked mine and my buddy's ass. I will pay him half a mill in slaves if he joins THE CODE and trains me in his ways. Commander Pupsnape *** ****, you know who you are. Teach me your MAD SKILLZ ways!

Flew a bit with these guys yesterday. They are mature, friendly and have the right attitude to make it as pirates in ED.. Looking forward to spending ore time online flying with the CODE guys.. Now if pesky RL obligations would just go away so I can actually log in regularly =-\

Went on a tear with the CODE last night -- interdicted numerous player type-6's and liberated their assets in the name of Robin Ho.. errrrr.... Anopheles.

Sure. I guess I was reasonably notable. I was a USTZ Director and combat FC for Shadow Cartel for about 4 years. My in game name in EVE is Chandaris though I'm not really playing at the moment since I'm more into E:D
