Ichthyovenator is a good pick. One of the more unique spinosaurids. Would be visually interesting.

Oxalaia is just a tip of a snout. And it was probably destroyed in the fire of the National Museum of Brazil. We don't know what this animal even looks like. But it likely looked very similar to the Moroccan spinosaurids. There are much more interesting spinosaurids.

Ceratopsuchops is better known. But looks nearly identical to Suchomimus, except that it's from England. And we already have a Baryonychine from England. Namely Baryonyx. Why add another that's almost identical to a dinosaur that's already in the game?

Siamosaurus is literally just a tooth. And in the most recent spinosaurid review paper, it was made invalid. So no.

Vectispinus is not a valid name. The White Rock spinosaurid has not been named. The material is also very scrappy and we really don't know what it looks like. Why add this?

Really the only spinosaurids that we have decent material for, that don't look identical to the spinosaurids we already have in the game are Ichthyovenator, Irritator and the various spinosaur remains from Morocco, like FSAC 11888 (the "neotype"), which is probably not Spinosaurus aegyptiacus but a different taxon like Sigilmassasaurus or potentially a yet unnamed spinosaurid.
And it's worth noting that spinosaurids aren't exclusively piscivores. They are known to also eat ornithopods and pterosaurs.
