I've seen mentioned in several threads that talk about exploration, of people making Pit Stops so to speak.
Being new to the game, I'm trying to figure out how to find these Truck Stops out there in the great Unknown, where I can get a Space Coffee, Space Bacon Cheeseburger and a slice of the galaxy famous Hyades Gamma Pecan Pie.
I tried using EDDB to find stations, and used my current location (which is WAY out in the middle of no where), but the system I'm in isn't listed (nor had it been scanned by anyone, or at least not turned in yet). I tried it for a bunch of the systems near me and same thing: EDDB has no clue about these systems (guess I really am in the middle of no where).
So am I doing it wrong? Having a list of places I can stop at would be good to have. The galaxy map feels kind of like being handed a topographical map with no roads or cities listed.
