Pivot point

I finally was able to import my objects but while testing them in PC I noticed when I press Z key to rotate them I sometimes objects get rotated in a funky way. Can anyone tell me what I may possible doing wrong?

Is there a way to objects align next to each other, i noticed after place them it is like you can place them anywhere and they does not get aligned to the grid. Even using the grid option when uploading it is like they skip one block altogether.

Usually when I model I have it rest on the grid, so it should “rest on ground” so to speak.
but when you use the grid type for PC it seems like you need to have the object centered in all axis. That was my experience when I tried something earlier today at least. So the game knows the blinding box for the mesh by itself. I think.

I will I’ll try again tomorrow possibly.

I'm using blender and when you add any kind of mesh, except for plane object, everything goes between the grid. So what I do is position it over the grid and apply position. So if i'm making a 4x4 wall I see it like 2 meters down the grid and 2 meters over the grid. I'm not sure if I'm missing any setting or if that's the way blender works. [weird]
