Pizza Play Pen is a restaurant and family coaster themed within a giant children's play pen. Your guests will ride the Pizza Party Coaster and then grab a slice to celebrate! This is my entry for the Channel5 Gaming PlanCo Coaster Contest.
The entire area is heavily themed around the pizza and the colors of the Pizza Pen brand. Aside from the Play Pen itself, the area features:
- The Pizza Party Family Coaster, an “all green” rated coaster aimed at children age 6 and up along with their parents
- A giant animated light panel floor and wall area that cycles through the Pizza Pen colors as the coaster comes through, ultimately concluded by being “eaten” by the “Pizza Bandit” character
- A giant Pizza Cutter that also serves as a sign and support for the lift hill
- A giant Pizza Oven in the queue area
- The Pizza Pen shop and restaurant which includes both the outdoor picnic area with animated water fountain and an restaurant with indoor and patio dining
- Staff entrance and access with garbage storage and maintenance access.
