Places with discounts?

I know that the Founders World has 10% off outfitting and recently the shipyard too.
I thought that Alioth had a discount but I'm not getting one using my game client.

What are the list of stations/systems that currently give a 10% discount?

Currently only the Founders World gives a discount (to my knowledge).

At one point LHS 3447 was giving a discount, but that ended.

I see. I don't have a founders world permit as I bought the premium beta. The LHS 3447 discount due to the boom was good, unfortunately I heared about it too late.
Durius is 169.31 LY away, I don't think I want to travel that far for a little discount.

I think I'll just earn the extra credits then; I will get some rep too that way.
