At the moment it's hard to tell when placing decorations and such if they're actually on the ground or not. Could there be a feature to show that it's on the ground? With buildings it shows that it is. Also a snap or grid would be helpful to turn on or off to help line things up properly while building.

Yeah, I agree there should be some better feedback on this. it should also be a feature to snap on so all objects align to the ground when you need this. Good when placing trees and street lamps.
At the moment, you can make this by holding shift and make a small altitude change. It will then keep this until you change item or resets it by clicking on shift. [happy]
